  • The User is fully responsible for how they use the materials available on the Service.

  • The subscription automatically renews until canceled.

  • Refund requests can be submitted within 3 days of the first purchase by contacting: contact@smartbet.gg
  • Renewal fees are non-refundable. Users must cancel their subscription before renewal.
  • All payments in the Service are processed in the currency based on the User's location. If a currency is not supported, transactions may be conducted in the platform's default currency (e.g., PLN, EUR, USD, or GBP). Exchange rates and conversion fees may be charged by the payment provider and are beyond the Service Provider's control.

§ 6. Liability and Limitations

  • SmartBet does not guarantee the effectiveness of predictions and is not responsible for losses resulting from their use.
  • Statistical data is provided by external sources (e.g., SportMonks) and may contain errors.
  • The Service Provider is not responsible for technical issues, failures, or inaccuracies in the presented data.
  • SmartBet is not responsible for decisions made by Users based on the information available on the platform.
  • The Service Provider is not liable for financial losses resulting from the use of the Service.

§ 7. Data Protection and Privacy

  • The Service collects minimal personal data necessary for registration and subscription.
  • User data is not shared with third parties.
  • Each User has the right to delete their account and associated data.
  • The Service uses cookies for analytical and marketing purposes.
  • In case of a security breach, the Service Provider will notify Users of the incident.
