The data controller is SmartBet (hereinafter: "Administrator").

- SmartBet does not store payment data. The payment process is handled by Stripe
Technical and analytical data:

- Google Analytics for analyzing website traffic
- Facebook Pixel and Google Ads for marketing purposes
Data collected while using the service:
- We do not store user activity history (e.g., saved matches, filters, predictions) but we track general interaction with service features for analytical purposes
Marketing consent data:
- If a user consents to receiving marketing messages, we process their email for this purpose.

Google Analytics - for analyzing user traffic on the website
Facebook Pixel and Google Ads - for advertising purposes
Google Login - allows registration/login using a Google account
Cookies - we use different types of cookies, including:

- Advertising - used to personalize ads and track marketing campaign effectiveness

User data is stored until the account is deleted by the user.
We do not automatically delete inactive accounts.
Payment data and subscription history are stored by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.
Analytical data (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) may be retained for up to 26 months.

Advertising partners - for marketing purposes (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Payment providers - data is shared with Stripe for payment processing.
Technology providers - we use Clerk, Supabase, and Resend, which may process user data.
Law enforcement and legal authorities - if required by law, we may share user data with relevant authorities.

Right to data deletion - users can request the deletion of their personal data.
Right to access data - users can obtain a copy of their personal data processed by SmartBet.
Right to rectify data - users can correct incorrect or outdated data.
Right to restrict processing - users can request the restriction of their data processing in specific situations.
Right to object to processing - users can object to data processing for marketing purposes.
No option to disable ad and analytics personalization.

SmartBet uses external services such as Clerk, Supabase, Resend, which may process data outside the EU.
When transferring data outside the EU, we apply Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) compliant with GDPR.
Users may contact us for more information on data protection mechanisms when transferring data outside the EU.

Session cookies - deleted after closing the browser.
Persistent cookies - stored on the user's device for a specified period.
Third-party cookies - used by Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and advertising providers.

The Administrator reserves the right to update the Privacy Policy.
Users will be informed of any changes via email or a notice on the website.
New versions of the Privacy Policy take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
